Are there any MOQ for replenishments?
There’s no MOQ for replenishments. See the quantity price breakdown here
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free within the U.S., Canada and the UK. International shipping rates are shown upon checkout on the Xnito dealer site.
How long does it take to get my order?
You will receive an email notification after the order is paid and shipped. US / Canada orders will typically take 3-5 business days and International orders take 5-7 business days.
How come I only received partial orders?
Orders may arrive in different shipments as they may come from different warehouses.
How do I drop ship directly to my customers?
You can ship directly to your customer simply by changing the shipping address to your customer’s shipping address. Please note that we will be sending shipping notifications to your store’s email address. It will be up to you to update your customer about shipping details.
Can I discount helmets below $129 MAP?
We enforce Minimum Advertised Price to avoid price erosion among dealers. We will notify dealers two weeks in advance when Xnito will have seasonal discounts and dealers are free to match our discount. Please, notify us if you see any violation of map pricing.
Warranty and Returns:
How to handle returns for cash refunds?
This is based on your store’s own refund policy. Xnito does not provide customer refunds.

Dealer Sales Support:
Are there any POS displays or signage?
New dealers are given a free XNITO POS display. Replacement POS displays can be purchased on the XNITO reseller portal for $90.
